On Saturday, July 16, the Presidio Motel hosts “100 Days,” a photography show to benefit two non-profit childbirth organizations.

In January, two local photographers, Layla Marleitner and Virginia Bobro, set out to take one photograph of a single household object every day in a different setting for 100 days using their their iPhones or Hipstamatic camera applications.

Their complete project opens at 1620 State St this Saturday from 3-7pm: two-hundred photos will be exhibited at a special event that also includes DJ Inti, live Indonesian music by Gamelan Sinar Surya, Indonesian inspired food by Om Sweet Mama Catering and a cash bar.
