On Saturday, November 6th, KCSB-FM will be hosting a stage as part of New Noise Santa Barbara, the 3-day national digital music conference and festival. This all-ages event — co-hosted by New Noise and Muddy Waters Café — is a special presentation during KCSB’s annual fund drive, which runs from November 3rd-12th.
The evening will bring Moonlight Trio, a Mexican-American band from Los Angeles that plays a mix of roots rock, rockabilly, and cumbia, along with other types of traditional Mexican music. The opening act is Twenty Hands High, a Santa Barbara quartet that blends punk-rock, Americana, and swing music.
KCSB will also be featuring DJ sets by current programmers from the station and occasional live radio feeds from the downtown venue.
Doors open at 8pm. Tickets and wristbands are on sale now at the New Noise website, and tickets will be $6 at the door.
Muddy Waters Café is at 508 E. Haley Street in Santa Barbara. For more information, call (805) 893-3757 or email email@example.com.
