ucsb soccerAt 7:00pm on Saturday, November 2nd, the UCSB Soccer team will take on conference rival Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo. After a roller coaster ride of a season, this will be UCSB’s final game of the season. This marks the first time in 10 seasons that the team will not make a post-season appearance. The Gauchos, 10-5-3, look to end on a high note with a win. The Mustangs are 10-6-1 on the season and 5-3-1 in Big West play. The Gauchos are 4-4-1 in conference. UCSB has not beat Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo in the last two years, however their road record this season is 6-1-1. UCSB dropped their last match with Cal Poly 2-1 at Harder Stadium. This contest is sure to be a thriller!
