Women's BasketballAt 7:00pm on Thursday, January 10th, UCSB Women’s Basketball will take on the University of the Pacific Tigers at home.

The game will be the first at home conference appearance for the women this season. The Gauchos’s overall record this season is 5-9. The Tigers are 11-2 on the season and beat UC Davis to win their only conference game thus far. The Gauchos are 1-1 in Big West play after beating UC Irvine, but taking a loss against Long Beach State.

In UCSB’s two conference games, Nicole Nesbit has led the team in points, and Sweets Underwood is closely following. Nesbit, the Junior guard, has 29 points, and Underwood, the Senior forward, has 23. Pacific is led in scoring by Senior Kendall Rodriguez, Junior Gena Johnson, and Sophomore Kendall Kenyon. Each average about 12 points per game this season.

KCSB’s Leonard Pinckney and Trevor Saffel will be on the call live from the Thunderdome in Santa Barbara. The pre-game show starts at 6:50 pm and tip-off will be at 7pm. The link below will become active 15 minutes before the start of the broadcast.
